As a Manufacturer, We At SVG Are Making Our Maximum Effort To Reduce The Carbon Foot Print. We Are Recycling And Reusing The Raw-materials in as many possible ways that it could be done.

Making garments with the left over bits of fabric before they thrown as a waste.
75% of Total Energy consumption is from Renewable Sources.
Recycling the fabric wastes after cutting and grinding them to make a new form of cotton/yarn and making fabrics with them.
Sending the leftover to make carpets and rugs.
Reducing the usage of plastics inside the factory by using the alternatives fir storage and packing .
All our dying process reduce water wastage with ZLD ( Zero Liquid Discharege ) System.

We specialize in various Finishes in the fabrics such as sueding, Peach Finish, Mercerizing, Sheering etc., and special washes such as Acid Wash, Bio wash, Silicon, Enzyme etc., We also produce garments with Cold Pigment Dye, and Garment Dye.

Production

Our factories equipped with the latest technology of sewing machines to manufacture a garment.
Precise pattern making is ensured and it is always computer cross checked so as to get more accuracy and efficiency.
Fabric is always checked for defects in the form of panels to ensure defects are eliminated before sewing.
AQL level standards are followed at every stages of production and reports of the same is maintained.
Special accessories required by customer are sourced by us from anywhere around the world with no comprise on the quality/durability of the same.
